Science is the obtaining of a complete qualitative and quantitative undetstanding of the conditions of a given change.
Art (Grk. τεχνη) is the application of a given force, of the proper kind and degree, and to the proper object to affect a given change.
Magick is the Science and Art which, by a thorough qualitative and quantitative understanding of the subject, applying the proper kind and degree of force, to the proper object, and assuming the practical ability to set in right motion the necessary forces, accomplishes change in accordance with Will, to the end of the Knowledge and Conversation of the Holy Guardian Angel.
White Magick is Science or Art, to the end of the Knowledge and Conversation of the Holy Guardian Angel.
Black Magick is Science or Art, to any end save that of the Knowledge and Conversation of the Holy Guardian Angel.
